As a Style Consultant, you bring enthusiasm and a unique personal style to help clients express themselves through fashion. You'll engage with customers, sharing your expertise and building lasting relationships in a dynamic retail environment.

In this role, you will actively engage in a comprehensive training program designed to enhance your skills and align with brand standards. You will passionately educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply's Ready to Wear and Custom-Made collections. Your professional salesmanship will be key in meeting personal and store sales targets while fostering client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program. You will also ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual guidelines and uphold store operations to company standards. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the store leadership team.

Vereisten

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service
Genuine interest in fashion and styling
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
