De rol

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for riders, ensuring our hospitality and services meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for health and safety in the studio, overseeing daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales, and administration. Additionally, you will demonstrate leadership skills and provide feedback to team members while building relationships within the Rocycle community.

• Act as the first point of contact for riders.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene standards.
• Oversee daily and monthly operational tasks.
• Provide leadership and feedback to team members.
• Build relationships with riders to strengthen the community.

Vereisten

• Passion for sports and the Rocycle brand.
• Interest in hospitality and customer service.
• Team-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Attention to tidiness, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Proactive and creative mindset for suggesting improvements.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts (+/- 8 hours), including 1 weekend day.
• Residing in Amsterdam.
