De Rol
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for riders, ensuring our hospitality and services meet the highest standards. You will oversee health and safety in the studio, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained. Additionally, you will manage daily and monthly operational tasks in sales and administration, demonstrating leadership and providing feedback to team members while fostering relationships within the Rocycle community.

- Passion for sports and the Rocycle brand, with an interest in hospitality and customer service.
- Team-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Proactive and creative, with a knack for suggesting improvements.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts (approximately 8 hours).
- Residing in Utrecht.
