You will be actively involved in project teams from day one, collaborating with consultants, data specialists, and product developers. Depending on your interests, you will assist with data analyses, AI use cases, process improvements, workshops, implementations, and the development of new features within the Sofy platform. You will explore current themes such as AI in Governance, Risk & Compliance, process automation, risk management, internal control, and data-driven decision-making. You will receive intensive guidance from experienced consultants and specialists, with ample opportunities to ask questions, take initiative, and take responsibility for your assignments.

In addition to client projects, you will work on innovations within the Sofy GRC team, such as researching new AI applications, developing prototypes, conducting analyses, or supporting the creation of new propositions. You will join an entrepreneurial team where technology, innovation, and content converge, providing insights into consultancy, product development, data analytics, and building a rapidly growing software solution.
