De Rol

As a student assistant, you will be part of our Global Regulatory unit for approximately two days a week over three months. This unit focuses on European and Dutch regulations in the Life Sciences sector (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and food). Regularly, we provide advice and sometimes litigate on market access, permits, advertising and sponsorship, pricing and health insurance, medical scientific research, contracts, supervision, and penalties. Our clients are primarily innovative pharmaceutical and/or biotech companies. Your tasks will be broad and diverse, ranging from analyzing various legal issues, writing internal memos, blogs, and draft advice, to preparing presentations. You are also welcome to join all our social activities, giving you a comprehensive view of what it’s like to be part of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader.

Vereisten

• Enthusiastic and ambitious student in the final phase of your law studies (WO).
• Preferably a background in and/or demonstrable affinity with European law, Health law, and/or Administrative law.
• Initiative and strong communication and social skills.
• Strong sense of perspective and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
