As the Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations Lead for the reFramed International Festival of Figurative Art & Creative Practice, you will play a key role in establishing and nurturing partnerships that align with our vision. This position is remote and part-time, requiring approximately 25 hours per month, with flexibility based on project needs. The festival will take place in Greece, starting September 7, 2026, and running until May 2027.

About reFramed

reFramed is an international arts and education platform dedicated to exploring the relationship between artists and art models through shared artistic practice, education, and community engagement. Following a successful initial gathering, we are expanding our project for May 2027, which will include a residential educational program and a public arts festival focused on life drawing, workshops, talks, and exhibitions.

The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and resourceful Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations Lead to help build a robust network of sponsors, cultural institutions, brands, and other organizations. You will work directly with the Founder to identify and develop relationships with potential partners, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with reFramed's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1 — Partnership Strategy & Packaging (September 7–30, 2026)

  • Collaborate with the Founder to create compelling partnership propositions based on reFramed's track record and audience.
  • Establish sponsorship targets, pricing, and cash/in-kind packages.
  • Develop and refine the sponsorship and partnership deck.
  • Research and map potential partners internationally, building a prioritized pipeline of at least 50 qualified prospects.
  • Initiate outreach to promising prospects.

• Phase 2 — Partnership Development & Closing (October 2026 – April 2027)

  • Lead targeted outreach and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Secure meetings and present tailored partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial and partnership terms, ensuring deliverables align with reFramed's objectives.

• Phase 3 — Partner Management, Festival & Retention (April – May 2027)

  • Maintain relationships with confirmed partners leading into and during the festival.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure partner benefits are delivered.
  • Contribute to a post-event impact report and identify opportunities for partnership renewal.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related fields.
• Strong initiative, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
• Existing network within arts, culture, education, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
