Major Accountabilities:

• Open and close the store according to company procedures.
• Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback.
• Support the Store Management team in maintaining overall store and back-of-house standards.
• Assist in training and coaching associates.
• Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
• Deliver total customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey, from entering to leaving the store.
• Ensure the store remains as commercial as possible, adhering to company guidelines.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store.
• Perform other duties as required by the management team.

Requirements for Success:

• Team player.
• Previous retail experience is desirable or proven experience in a team environment.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Passion for retail and sales.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform basic math and general retail operational processes.
• Understanding of POS register systems.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
