The Store Supervisor plays a crucial role in the leadership team, setting the tone on the sales floor, modeling Coach’s Selling & Service standards, and driving sales and team development. This position requires leading by example, providing real-time coaching, and utilizing omni-channel and virtual selling to enhance productivity and profitability, all while promoting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a high-energy, service-oriented environment that embodies the Coach Experience.
• Model and coach effective selling behaviors, including team selling and servicing multiple customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies, drive category growth, and achieve financial objectives.
• Hold the team accountable for sales and key metrics, utilizing floor supervision to boost productivity.
• Lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including livestream shopping.
• Drive clienteling and customer data acquisition in accordance with Coach standards and legal requirements.
• Act as a trusted fashion advisor, staying updated on collections, trends, and competitors.
• Represent the brand internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement.
• Inspire and coach the team to exceed performance standards, providing timely feedback.
• Delegate responsibilities, empower team members, and support career progression while fostering inclusion and open dialogue.
• Take initiative for personal development, setting both short- and long-term goals.
• Manage daily operational tasks to Coach standards, adapting to business needs as required.
• Utilize technology (Mobile POS, CRM, clienteling tools) to build relationships and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with retail policies, data privacy laws, and store maintenance standards.
• Use retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail, with supervisory or management experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to achieve results in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Mobile POS, and retail reporting tools; ability to operate iPad/laptop and use walkie-talkies for communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledgeable in omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
• Understanding of livestream shopping operations and scheduling (if applicable).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Schedule:

• Flexibility to work varied hours to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days (including public holidays).

Base Pay Range: €30,000.00 - €38,000.00. The salary range reflects the full-time equivalent base pay for this position at the time of posting, in accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. For part-time roles, salary will be pro-rated based on contracted hours. Actual compensation will be determined using objective, job-related criteria.
