The Store Supervisor plays a crucial role in the store leadership team, setting the sales floor tone and exemplifying Coach’s Selling & Service standards. This position focuses on driving sales, enhancing client relationships, and developing team capabilities while promoting an inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a high-energy, service-oriented atmosphere that embodies the Coach Experience.
• Demonstrate and coach effective selling techniques, including team selling and servicing multiple clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies, drive category growth, and achieve financial objectives.
• Hold the team accountable for sales and key performance metrics; utilize floor supervision to enhance productivity.
• Lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including livestream shopping.
• Drive clienteling and customer data acquisition in accordance with Coach standards and legal regulations.
• Serve as a trusted fashion advisor, staying informed on collections, trends, and market competitors.
• Act as a brand ambassador both internally and in the local community, supporting social media engagement.
• Inspire and coach the team to exceed performance expectations; provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Empower team members and support their career advancement; promote inclusion and open dialogue.
• Take initiative for personal development by setting short- and long-term goals.
• Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards; adapt to changing business needs.
• Utilize technology (Mobile POS, CRM, clienteling tools) to build relationships and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with retail policies, data privacy laws, and store maintenance standards.
• Use retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail, with supervisory or management experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve results in a customer-centric retail setting.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficient with POS systems, Mobile POS, and retail reporting tools; ability to operate iPad/laptop and use walkie-talkies for communication.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; familiarity with omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
• Understanding of livestream shopping operations and scheduling (where applicable).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Schedule

• Flexibility to work varying schedules to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days (including public holidays).

Base Pay Range

€30,000.00 - €38,000.00 The salary range reflects the full-time equivalent base pay for this position at the time of posting, in compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. For part-time roles, the salary will be pro-rated based on contracted hours. Actual compensation will be determined using objective, job-related criteria.
