The Store Supervisor plays a crucial role in the leadership team, setting the tone on the sales floor and driving sales, client engagement, and team development. This position involves leading by example, providing real-time coaching, and leveraging omni-channel and virtual selling to maximize productivity while promoting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a high-energy, service-oriented environment that embodies the Coach Experience.
• Model and coach effective selling behaviors, including team selling and servicing multiple customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies and drive category growth to meet financial goals.
• Hold the team accountable for sales and key metrics, using supervision to enhance productivity.
• Lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including livestream shopping.
• Drive clienteling and customer data acquisition in line with Coach standards and legal requirements.
• Act as a trusted fashion advisor, maintaining knowledge of collections and trends.
• Represent the brand internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement.
• Inspire and coach the team to exceed performance standards, providing timely feedback.
• Delegate tasks and support career progression, fostering inclusion and open dialogue.
• Take initiative for personal development and set achievable goals.
• Manage daily operational tasks in accordance with Coach standards and adapt to business needs.
• Utilize technology (Mobile POS, CRM, clienteling tools) to build relationships and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with retail policies, data privacy laws, and store upkeep requirements.
• Use retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail, with supervisory or management experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve results in a customer-focused environment.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Mobile POS, and retail reporting tools; ability to operate iPad/laptop and use walkie-talkies for communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
• Understanding of livestream shopping operations and scheduling (where applicable).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Base Pay Range: €30,000.00 - €38,000.00 This range represents the full-time equivalent base pay for this position at the time of posting, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. For part-time roles, salary will be pro-rated based on contracted hours. Actual compensation will be determined using objective, job-related criteria.
