In this position, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, focusing on boosting sales, controlling expenses, and minimizing shrink and damages. You will manage a large team, ensuring they are trained and ready for promotion while developing creative plans to increase store sales.

• Oversee store operations to enhance sales and minimize losses.
• Recruit, train, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Act as a role model for Assistant Store Managers and support their development.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales.
• Provide insights on merchandise mix and competition analysis.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention programs and policies.
• Conduct store audits and maintain high customer service standards.
• Communicate action plans for store initiatives and priorities.

Vereisten

• 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a large team.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including customer service and loss prevention.
