Role Description The Store Manager (Dutch speaker) is a full-time, on-site position located in Rotterdam. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and the overall presentation of the showroom for electric vehicles. You will guide customers through the purchasing process, ensure a high-quality showroom experience, and provide clear, honest advice regarding electric mobility solutions. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, managing inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additionally, you will coordinate local marketing efforts, maintain strong communication with brand partners, and cultivate a positive, customer-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver a consistently high-quality experience to all visitors and buyers.
• Strong Communication skills in Dutch and English to engage customers, support team members, and coordinate with brand partners.
• Store Management experience to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and maintain an organized, effective retail environment.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard inventory, monitor store processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Experience in automotive or retail environments, preferably with electric vehicles or technology products.
• Ability to work on-site in Rotterdam with a hands-on approach to customer interactions and team leadership.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for sales, customer communication, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle peak customer volumes.
