JD Den Haag is seeking new colleagues (38 hours) to support and strengthen our team. As a Store Colleague, you will play a vital role in creating an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom, ondersteund en gewaardeerd voelen, en helpt hen bij het ontdekken van onze producten. Je brengt energie naar de winkelvloer door klanten vriendelijk te begroeten, de presentatie van de winkel verzorgd te houden, voorraadaanvulling uit te voeren en hoge service- en kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen. Dankzij jouw positieve instelling, teamgeest en klantgerichte aanpak draag je bij aan een vlot draaiende winkel en de hoge standaard waarvoor wij bekendstaan.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je verwelkomt klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier en helpt hen bij het vinden van de producten die bij hun wensen passen.
- Je gebruikt de beschikbare winkeltools en digitale systemen om voorraad te controleren, productinformatie te delen en de klantenervaring te ondersteunen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkelvloer netjes, verzorgd en goed aangevuld blijft, zodat productpresentaties aantrekkelijk en inspirerend zijn.
- Je ondersteunt dagelijkse winkelactiviteiten, zoals kassawerkzaamheden, het aanvullen van voorraad en het naleven van alle veiligheids- en winkelrichtlijnen.
