• Manage stock levels and transactions in our Warehouse Management System (NetSuite / RF Smart).
• Receive Purchase Orders (POs), move stock into the warehouse, and place items on racking.
• Perform regular stock inventory counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying, labeling, and properly placing materials and supplies.
• Track incoming shipments.
• Record and update inventory locations within the system.
• Supply production lines with required stock by moving materials and booking them out of the system.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely removal of expired stock using FIFO/FEFO practices.

• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Communicative level of English (spoken and written).
• Forklift (EPT/hand pallet truck) license is a plus.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
