Tijdens je stage op de afdeling Secretariaat ondersteun je de directieleden van Arval. Je werkt nauw samen met een enthousiast en professioneel team van 3 collega's. Gedurende de stage krijg je begeleiding om alle kneepjes van het vak te leren. Je taken omvatten:
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Boeken van reizen
- Inplannen van afspraken
- Locaties plannen
- Organiseren van meetings
- Opstellen van eenvoudige contracten en addenda
- Aanpassen en beheren van tekstverwerking templates in onze huisstijl
- Bestellen van catering
- Bezoekers aanmelden
- Ondersteunen van het directieteam
- Ondersteunen van het commerciële team
Als stagiair(e) draai je volledig mee in de dagelijkse praktijk en doe je echte ervaring op.
