Stayokay Utrecht Centrum is een hip hostel gelegen aan de Neude, op slechts 10 minuten lopen van Utrecht Centraal. Het is een ontmoetingsplek voor reizigers, gezinnen en studenten die in onze living area en restaurant The 5th komen studeren of borrelen. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Front Office stagiair(e) die vanaf 15 november bij ons komt werken.
De Rol
Je gaat:
- Gasten verwelkomen, in- en uitchecken en zorgen voor een goede gang van zaken bij de front office tijdens jouw shift.
- Werken in een internationale omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is en je nieuwe mensen ontmoet en bijzondere verhalen verzamelt.
- Deels in het weekend werken, zodat we samen zorgen voor topservice op drukke dagen.
- Aan de slag met ons reserveringssysteem (PMS) voor zowel groeps- als individuele reserveringen.
- Nauw samenwerken met je collega's en waar nodig helpen.
- Incidenteel meewerken op andere afdelingen om alle facetten van het hostel te leren kennen.
- Werken in wisselende diensten van 07.00 tot 15.00 uur of van 14.55 tot 23.05 uur.
