Sports Book Retention Executive – EMEA This role is open to candidates located anywhere in Europe! However, prior experience in UK Sports Betting within a retention capacity is essential.

We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding iGaming company that is enhancing its Sports Betting division and is in search of a Sports Retention Executive to join its accomplished retention team. This position is fully remote and involves working closely with the Head of Retention to implement CRM and retention campaigns for both sportsbook and casino products.

The Role

You will engage with the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to retention and reactivation. By leveraging data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics, you will aim to boost customer loyalty, activity, and lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and onsite messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance using strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and ideally Power BI.
• Utilize CRM platforms such as Smartico or similar to manage customer interactions.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the UK betting and gaming market.
• Foster a genuine interest in sports and sports betting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
