We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will be patient-centered, collaborative, and dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapy services to pediatric and/or adult patients, depending on the setting.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in a timely and compliant manner.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies for carryover.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT, OT, physicians, and educators.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or license-eligible) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in outpatient, school, home health, or SNF settings preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Passion for patient care and clinical excellence.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, assist, and transfer patients as required.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and manual therapy activities.
• Ability to demonstrate therapeutic exercises and techniques.
