Job Description Are you accurate, reliable, and looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic laboratory environment? We are seeking a Specimen Management Associate to join our Specimen Management department. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting clinical research by ensuring that incoming biological specimens are received, processed, and registered accurately and efficiently.

As a Specimen Management Associate, your responsibilities will include: • Receiving and unpacking incoming research materials and specimens • Labeling and processing blood and other human biological samples • Registering specimens accurately in the laboratory database • Verifying sample information and maintaining data integrity • Following established procedures to ensure quality and compliance • Working closely with colleagues to support laboratory operations No specific laboratory education is required for this position. Full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who: • Is available to work full-time Monday through Saturday on a rotating schedule (Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday) • Is comfortable handling blood and other human biological materials • Has strong typing and data-entry skills • Can adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Is reliable, proactive, and has a hands-on mentality • Works accurately and independently while maintaining attention to detail • Is flexible and willing to support operational needs
