Grupo Hotusa is seeking a Sous Chef through Hosco for the opening of a new Eurostars hotel in Rotterdam, part of the Happiness Industry. Eurostars Hotel Company operates over 300 hotels in more than 20 countries, emphasizing the importance of talent and passion in achieving success. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

The Role

• Leading the complete opening and setup of the kitchen.
• Designing menus that align with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Ensuring high food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Managing purchasing, supplier relations, stock control, and optimizing food costs.
• Implementing hygiene, safety, and HACCP procedures.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising the kitchen team.
• Coordinating with the F&B service team for smooth operations.
• Driving culinary innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in 4/5-star hotels or high-volume restaurants.
• Experience in hotel openings is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• High standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Passion for gastronomy and team development.
