We are seeking a Solutions Architect to collaborate with sales on achieving technical wins. This role integrates extensive product knowledge with consultative selling, enabling you to translate customer needs into effective architectures that facilitate deal closures and successful implementations.

The Role

You will work closely with Account Executives on technical discovery and qualification, designing solution architectures tailored to customer environments and use cases. Your responsibilities will include leading technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and customer workshops, as well as responding to RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture reviews. You will also collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition to deployment and provide valuable product feedback to our product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives on technical discovery and qualification

• Conduct technical demos, proofs of concept, and customer workshops
• Address RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture evaluations
• Work with Customer Success for a seamless transition to deployment
• Share product insights with product and engineering teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and APIs
• Proven experience leading technical discussions with engineering and IT stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an executive presence
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proficiency in managing RFPs, security reviews, and architecture diagrams
