In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je software testing met technische support en procesoptimalisatie. Jij bent de schakel tussen techniek en operatie en zorgt ervoor dat onze apps, websites en systemen altijd optimaal blijven werken.
Verantwoordelijkheden

Handmatig testen van functionaliteiten in onze iOS- en Android-apps, websites en interne systemen.

Rapporteren en documenteren van bugs in tools zoals Jira.

Uitvoeren van regressietests en visuele controles bij een release.

Continu verbeteren van testprocessen.

Troubleshooting en monitoring van digitale communicatie, zoals nieuwsbrieven en pushmeldingen.

Beoordelen en prioriteren van technische meldingen vanuit interne teams.

Onderzoeken of meldingen gebruikersfouten of bugs zijn en tickets creëren met reproductiestappen en voorbeelden.

Eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen vanuit de Klantenservice, zoals betalingsfouten of voucherproblemen.

Meedenken over verbeteringen in QA- en supportprocessen.

Optimaliseren van workflows en introduceren van best practices samen met andere teams.
