We are seeking a Software Engineer III with expertise in OpenXR to create cross-platform XR experiences. This position merges deep graphics and runtime engineering with XR specialization, focusing on delivering applications that function seamlessly across different headsets and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain XR applications utilizing OpenXR and related SDKs.
Implement rendering, input, and runtime integration for various headsets.
Optimize performance, frame timing, and latency for XR workloads.
Create cross-platform abstractions for Quest, Vision, SteamVR, and more.
Conduct code reviews and participate in architectural decision-making.
Collaborate with design and product teams on XR interaction patterns.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in production software development, including XR or graphics projects.
Strong skills in C++ and modern graphics APIs (Vulkan, DirectX, OpenGL).
Practical experience with OpenXR or similar XR runtimes.
Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine is advantageous.
Experience with shaders, rendering pipelines, and performance optimization.
Solid foundation in software engineering principles.
