The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Specialist with a background in patisserie, gelato, or dessert production. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality soft ice cream mixes, developing toppings, and ensuring consistency and hygiene in our production processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce soft ice cream mixes and related products.
- Develop and execute recipes for toppings, sauces, and desserts.
- Operate and maintain soft ice cream machines.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all products.
- Apply knowledge of ingredient functionality and mixing techniques.
- Maintain hygiene standards in line with HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
- Contribute to product development and seasonal offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in patisserie, gelato, or dessert production.
- Strong understanding of ingredient composition and mixing techniques.
- Experience with food production processes and kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn and work with soft ice cream machines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
