The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media and Influencer Manager to take charge of our Instagram presence. This role involves creating and posting at least two to three engaging posts daily to steadily increase our organic follower base. You will utilize video editing tools like Runway to produce polished content and actively engage with our community.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Instagram posts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Increase organic followers through strategic content and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with YouTubers and influencers in the smoking niche.
• Send samples and gifts to influencers to enhance visibility.
• Coordinate larger celebrity partnerships, including collaborations and co-branded promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Runway.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and community engagement.
• Ability to foster relationships with influencers and manage outreach effectively.
