The Role

As the Social Media and Community Manager, you will spearhead the regional strategy and governance for social and community channels. Your role will involve creating scalable frameworks, analyzing community feedback, and developing engagement strategies to enhance brand trust across key markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional team as the Social Media & Community Center of Excellence, defining strategy and governance.
• Establish frameworks and best practices for consistent high-quality social initiatives.
• Collect and analyze community feedback and sentiment, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to strengthen brand trust and manage reputation in key markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience teams to integrate community insights into initiatives.
• Train regional teams through coaching and toolkits to enhance execution quality.
• Define metrics and reporting frameworks to measure community engagement and social media effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and resource allocation between global and regional teams.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in leading regional or global social media functions.
• Strong knowledge of social listening, community engagement, and reputation management.
• Experience in developing frameworks and operational standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
