We are looking for an experienced Site Manager Yachting to oversee the delivery of marine electrical installation projects within the luxury yacht-building sector. This key leadership role is responsible for coordinating site operations, managing teams, controlling project progress, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact on site, collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, engineering teams, and project management throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage and coordinate daily site activities on yacht construction projects
Lead and motivate installation teams to achieve project objectives
Coordinate labour allocation, planning, and material requirements
Monitor project progress and budgeted hours
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards
Attend project and construction meetings
Act as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Planning, and Project Management teams
Provide regular progress reports and updates
Ensure compliance with VCA, NEN 3140, and company procedures

Vereisten

MBO qualification in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Manager within yacht building
Strong technical understanding of marine electrical installations
Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
Previous experience managing teams and subcontractors
VCA VOL and NEN 3140 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Fluent in Dutch and able to communicate effectively in English
Full Category B driving licence
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Based within commuting distance of Aalsmeer or willing to relocate
