De Rol

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines. You will develop and implement project schedules, resource plans, and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and overseeing all site activities, including subcontractor management, procurement, quality control, and health and safety compliance.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress to the Project Manager, highlighting any potential risks or issues.
Leading and motivating a team of site personnel, providing clear direction to achieve project goals.
Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth.
Conducting regular performance evaluations and identifying training needs.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
Acting as the primary liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Addressing client requests or issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensuring adherence to all applicable quality standards and implementing health and safety protocols.
