Je stuurt zowel op dagelijkse resultaten als op de lange termijnstrategie en zorgt voor een toekomstbestendige organisatie.
De Rol
Je geeft leiding aan een team van managers en indirect aan een grote groep medewerkers. Vanuit natuurlijk leiderschap weet je mensen te verbinden, te ontwikkelen en te inspireren. Je creëert een cultuur waarin eigenaarschap, samenwerking, veiligheid en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Door zichtbaar aanwezig te zijn binnen de operatie houd je grip op de prestaties van de locatie en weet je snel te schakelen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
