The Role

As the City Center Specialist, you will support daily operations in the Cosentino City showroom. Your responsibilities will include managing guest relations, assisting customers, coordinating events, and visiting specific customer accounts.

Your primary goal will be to identify and generate sales leads while collaborating with the local sales team to convert these leads into projects. You will also enhance our showrooms within targeted local industries, such as builders, architects, and designers. Proactively reaching out to clients will be essential to achieving both individual and team goals. Networking at events hosted in our City Center and showrooms will be a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every customer, providing an exceptional experience to foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
• Assist walk-in customers and those with appointments at the showroom.
• Offer support face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to help customers understand the benefits of the Cosentino brand.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local design firms, managing these through face-to-face visits and generating sales according to assigned goals.
• Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments, checking stock, and addressing potential stock issues to help achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic and leads within the City Center.
• Register visits and leads in Salesforce.

Organization and Administration Responsibilities

• Filter leads via phone and forward only those with potential.
• Organize and plan events in advance, ensuring qualified attendees.
• Execute events, managing invitations, catering, logistics, and publicity.
• Maintain daily entry of customer visits in Salesforce.
• Ensure the showroom is always in pristine condition, including cleanliness and marketing materials.
• Manage showroom supplies, equipment maintenance, and visitor interactions.
• Handle administrative tasks for suppliers.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Required: 2+ years in sales and 1+ years in a retail showroom environment with a proven track record in customer service and lead generation.
• Preferred: 2+ years in the interior design industry.

Knowledge

• Required: Proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Desired: Knowledge of the building or decoration market.

Academic Background

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Desired: Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
