Voor een nieuw op te starten project in Son zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Shipping Office Senior die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de volledige yardplanning en dock scheduling. Samen met de Planner Junior zorg je voor een efficiënte coördinatie van alle logistieke activiteiten en een optimale benutting van de beschikbare capaciteit. Ben jij sterk in planning, communicatie en het coördineren van transportstromen? En weet jij als geen ander hoe je overzicht houdt in een dynamische logistieke omgeving? Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van de volledige yardplanning en dock scheduling.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de Planner Junior en ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse planning en coördinatie.
- Je onderhoudt contact met een groot aantal vervoerders en zorgt voor een duidelijke en tijdige communicatie, voornamelijk via e-mail.
- Je stemt de slotplanning af met de afdelingen Inbound en Shipping, rekening houdend met beschikbare tijdsloten en ruimte.
- Je monitort de warehousecapaciteit en zorgt ervoor dat de planning aansluit op de beschikbare operationele capaciteit.
- Je signaleert knelpunten in de planning en neemt proactief actie om de logistieke processen soepel te laten verlopen.
- Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen en bewaakt het overzicht binnen de dagelijkse operatie.
