Jouw impact
Als Shift Team Leader Poly & Recovery (5-ploegendienst) geef je leiding aan een team van circa 15 medewerkers in de 5-ploegendienst en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen binnen de afdeling Poly & Recovery. Je zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare operatie waarbij kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kosten continu in balans zijn.
Samen met negen collega Shift Team Leaders stuur je de productie van onze monomeren- en polymeerprocessen in Delfzijl aan. In nauwe samenwerking met de Team Leaders Day Shift en Plantmanagers vorm je het operationele hart van de fabriek en draag je dagelijks bij aan de prestaties en verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie.
