Als Shiftleider Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kassa's en service-activiteiten in de winkel. Deze rol biedt flexibele werktijden en de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen de nummer één food retailer van Nederland.
In de rol van Shiftleider Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de kassa's, het zelfscanplein en de scan & go. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten de aandacht en service krijgen die ze verdienen en dat alles soepel verloopt tijdens je shift. Je fungeert als coach en mentor voor je collega's, deelt kennis en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zijn taken goed uitvoert. Daarnaast analyseer je resultaten en rapporteer je aan de Store Manager en de Manager Service.
