We are looking for five Shift Supervisors for an international, technology-driven production company in the Venlo area. With the expansion of production capacity through a new line, we need new leaders to manage teams effectively.

The Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead your team throughout the shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You will coach your team members and actively resolve issues on the production floor while collaborating closely with Maintenance and Quality departments.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume production environment, or a talented individual with the right attitude who can be trained.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a strong advantage.
• Experience in a fast-paced production setting is a plus.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of €54,000–60,000 base plus a 35% shift allowance, totaling approximately €72,900–81,000 gross per year.
• 8% holiday pay.
• Direct employment with the employer (one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment).
