Als Shiftmanager 5‑ploegen in onze boterfabriek in Lochem sta jij midden in de operatie. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan je team, bewaakt de voortgang van het productieproces en zorgt voor een veilige en stabiele werkomgeving. Tegelijkertijd ben jij de verbindende schakel: je stemt soepel af met andere afdelingen binnen de fabriek en werkt intensief samen met collega's van andere disciplines op de site in Lochem. Zo zorg je samen voor optimaal resultaat. Je weet mensen te motiveren, te ontwikkelen en mee te nemen in verbeteringen en veranderingen. Met jouw coachende leiderschapsstijl creëer je betrokkenheid en eigenaarschap binnen het team, terwijl je oog houdt voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continu verbeteren.

Wat we vragen:

  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen een 5‑ploegensysteem;
  • Een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen, ook tijdens verandertrajecten;
  • Ervaring binnen de voedselindustrie, met kennis van kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en hygiëne-eisen;
  • Affiniteit met techniek en productieprocessen en het vermogen hier effectief op te sturen en overzicht te houden;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om teams en afdelingen met elkaar te verbinden binnen de fabriek en de site in Lochem.
