• Some high school courses preferred.
• Must be clean, neat, and well-groomed.
• Thorough knowledge of kitchen food preparation, register equipment operation, and crew employment procedures is required.
• Good interpersonal communication skills to work with fellow employees and customers are essential.
• Must have good hearing to interact effectively with customers and fellow employees, especially in the drive-through.
• Good vision is necessary to observe store dynamics and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Honesty and assertiveness are important, along with maintaining good manners.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes is essential.
• Attention to detail, coping with pressure, and remaining calm in challenging situations are required.
• Must work as a team member and perform duties with minimal disruption to customers or colleagues.
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping for 90% of the shift is necessary.
• Good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during busy periods is required.
• Must work as part of a team to ensure constant customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness.
