Requirements

• Vocational (MBO) work and thinking level
• Management experience in hospitality or retail is a plus, but not required
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to set clear goals
• Confidence in decision-making and recognizing talent
• Ability to bridge details with the bigger picture
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain composure
