Als serviceverlener bij Moderna - part of Elis ga je zelfstandig op pad in een moderne bestelbus, waar je dagelijks verschillende klanten bezoekt. Je zorgt ervoor dat hun sanitaire voorzieningen en hygiëneproducten altijd op orde zijn.
De functie
Je werkzaamheden omvatten meer dan alleen van A naar B rijden. Jij biedt een complete service aan onze klanten:
- Je vult sanitaire voorzieningen aan.
- Je vervangt en controleert producten, en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes en hygiënisch wordt achtergelaten, zoals dispensers, handdoekrollen, toiletartikelen en luchtverfrissers.
Je hebt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor detail. Zie je dat een dispenser bijna leeg is of dat er iets anders speelt bij de klant? Dan onderneem jij actie. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen onze klanten rekenen op een schone, frisse en hygiënische omgeving voor hun medewerkers en bezoekers.
Als eerste aanspreekpunt ben je het gezicht van ons bedrijf. Je staat klanten vriendelijk te woord bij vragen en opmerkingen en denkt mee over de beste oplossing. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's op de vestiging, die altijd bereikbaar zijn om je te ondersteunen.
