• Receive and register service requests, complaints, inquiries, feedback, and fault reports via telephone or email.
• Document all requests accurately in the FM ticketing system.
• Assign and follow up on tickets with the appropriate service provider, monitoring response and resolution times while proactively updating users on progress.
• Verify completed tickets with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Operate the telephone exchange and manage incoming calls professionally.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings using the designated digital booking tool.
• Create, maintain, and update content in the FM knowledge base.
• Support quality control processes within EPO Facility Management.

• Fluency in English and German at C1 level; proficiency in French at B2 level is desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, ideally from a service desk role in an international organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• High integrity, self-discipline, and a professional work ethic.
• Flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong focus on delivery, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in standard office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a changing environment.
• Structured and methodical approach to work, consistently meeting deadlines.
