Als Service Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel opvolgen van technische servicevragen. Je verbindt klanten, servicemonteurs en collega's, bewaakt de voortgang en houdt overzicht van melding tot afronding. Je organiseert de servicewerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, materialen en administratie goed op elkaar aansluiten. Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Plannen en aansturen van servicemonteurs en werkzaamheden.
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten en behandelen van klachten.
  • Aanmaken, opvolgen en administratief verwerken van serviceorders.
  • Bestellen van materialen en bewaken van de beschikbaarheid.
  • Verwerken van werkbonnen, uren en orders in ERP- of CMMS-systemen.
