De Witt Eindverpakkingssystemen has been a specialist in packaging machines since 1972, known for our reliable machines and swift, customer-oriented service. To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a Service and Installation Planner.

The Role

As a Planner, you will be the central figure in our service organization. You will plan and coordinate:

• Preventive maintenance and installations
• Repairs and malfunctions at customer sites
• Deployment of technicians, materials, and parts

You will ensure efficient planning, maintain oversight, and respond quickly to changes or urgent requests, helping to keep our customers running smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience in service, maintenance, or technician planning
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and adapt quickly
• Technical affinity (preferred but not required)
• Proficient with ERP systems and planning tools
• Excellent communication skills and stress resilience
• Good command of Dutch
