In this role, you will be the essential link between the customer and our workshop. You will maintain oversight, think ahead, and ensure that repairs, orders, and service inquiries are handled smoothly and professionally. Customers rely on your advice for technical questions, repairs, or bike issues. You listen, collaborate, and provide solutions that truly satisfy customers. Delivering service is in your DNA, and surprising customers with quality energizes you.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient administrative processing of orders and invoices.
- Proactively advise customers on repairs and parts, combining technical knowledge with commercial skills.
- Sell maintenance products and parts to help customers keep their bikes in top condition.
- Coordinate tasks with colleagues from different departments for optimal workflow, including our Pick & Ride service.
- Carefully handle warranty requests, repairs, and assessments, always aiming for fair solutions and maximum customer satisfaction.
In short, you are the service hero who ensures every customer feels heard and confidently gets back on the road.
