Als Service Accountmanager ben je een belangrijk gezicht van onze serviceafdeling. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat ze merken dat je meedenkt, snel schakelt en voor ze klaarstaat. Met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een drive om klanten tevreden te houden, pas je perfect in deze rol.
Wat ga je doen?
In deze rol onderhoud je proactief klantrelaties en vertaal je de lange termijn doelstellingen van de klant naar een meerjarig accountplan.
Drie belangrijke taken:
- Projectinbedrijfname: Je leert het systeem en de klant kennen en waarborgt de kwaliteit van de overdracht van het projectteam naar de serviceafdeling. Tijdens de opstartfase van het nieuwe project heb je wekelijks contact met de projectmanager.
- Aanspreekpunt voor de klant: Je speelt proactief in op klantbehoeften, plant onderhoud en software-updates in overleg met de klant, bewaakt de opvolging van openstaande tickets en coördineert de interne organisatie om klantverwachtingen te managen.
- Accountplan en analyse: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het accountplan van de klant, analyseert proces flow en klantvraagstukken, en vertaalt deze naar uitbreidingen of optimalisaties. Daarnaast signaleer je nieuwe verkoopkansen.
