Operating in 24 markets and trusted by over 100,000 creators, we are entering a growth phase where organic acquisition will be a key focus. ## The Role You will be responsible for programmatic SEO at Influee, managing it across various languages, markets, and use cases. Your focus will be on creating systems for page generation that build over time rather than relying on one-off content. This role is designed to be Claude-first, utilizing AI tools as your primary method of operation. ## Responsibilities - Manage programmatic SEO across our verticals (country, language, niche/industry), focusing on building page systems instead of single posts. - Produce a high volume of landing pages annually (competitor comparisons, alternatives, use cases, categories), ensuring they meet our quality standards and orchestrating execution to achieve this. - Oversee large-scale link acquisition through link exchanges and paid placements, maintaining a continuous pipeline. - Utilize Claude for research, page generation, and analysis, integrating it with MCP tools (Ahrefs, internal analytics, CMS) instead of manual processes. - Collaborate with design teams or Claude-based design for asset creation, owning the brief and quality assurance without waiting in a design queue. ## Requirements - Proven experience in programmatic SEO across various verticals (geo/language and niche), with demonstrable traffic and lead outcomes, not just rankings. - Experience in acquiring over 200 backlinks through exchanges and a similar volume of purchased or placed links. - Ability to build landing pages, including specifications, ordering, and quality assurance to a high design standard, collaborating with a designer or utilizing Claude-based design. - Proficient in using Claude Code with MCP tools (Ahrefs, internal analytics), rather than relying solely on traditional SEO tools. - (Nice to have) Background in influencer marketing or creator economy SEO, or a clear vision of how influencer SEO could evolve at Influee. ## What We Offer - Full ownership of the organic channel and its development. - An AI-native workflow where using Claude is expected, not optional. - Direct insight into how organic efforts contribute to sign-ups and revenue, beyond just traffic. - Autonomy over tools and processes, as long as the pages are delivered and perform well. - A dedicated budget for paid link placements and tools (Ahrefs, etc.). - Fully remote work environment. - Competitive salary.
