You will evaluate and accept risks for a range of personal insurance products independently. Additionally, you will process changes and create policies within our systems. You will maintain contact with insurance intermediaries and advisors, actively follow up on offers, and identify commercial opportunities. Sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues to enhance their professional insight is also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum mbo-4 work and thinking level
• Wft Basis, Wft Schadeverzekeringen Particulier, and Zakelijk
• Extensive experience as an underwriter or claims handler in personal insurance
• 4 certificates from the modules of the Claims Handler/Underwriter training or 2 certificates from the Insurance A training
• Proven knowledge of administrative processes and policy administration
• Team player, stress-resistant, and service-oriented
• Experience with process improvements in underwriting is a plus
• Affinity for identifying and following up on commercial opportunities is a plus
