We are supporting a PE-backed European SaaS business that is undergoing significant transformation and seeking a Senior Technology Controller to take financial ownership across its Technology organization. In this role, you will work closely with the Technology leadership and report to the Finance function, bringing greater financial discipline and visibility to Technology spending, R&D, capacity, investment, and productivity, while identifying tangible cost and efficiency opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with and challenge senior Technology leaders on budgets, roadmaps, and investment decisions.
- Own Technology budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Analyze R&D capacity, FTEs, utilization, external resources, and technology costs.
- Build business cases around major Technology investments and transformation initiatives.
- Identify and track measurable cost and productivity improvements.
- Drive the financial measurement and benefit realization of AI and automation initiatives.
- Improve visibility around ROI, cost-to-serve, and Technology investment.
