Responsibilities
- Perform complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on offshore wind turbine generators (WTGs).
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance, diagnostic tests, and system commissioning in accordance with Siemens Energy standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze turbine performance data and diagnostic logs to identify root causes of recurring technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training to junior and newly hired local technicians, enhancing local capabilities.
- Enforce strict offshore safety standards, ensuring compliance with Zero Harm policies and local Dutch regulations during all operations.
