We are seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to participate in a paid remote AI training program centered on Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This flexible opportunity is ideal for experienced DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure engineers looking for project-based work.

Responsibilities

• Task Creation: Write natural language prompts that resemble real engineering tickets, incorporating realistic ambiguity and professional context for AI training.
• Environment Configuration: Set up and configure LocalStack sandboxes to validate infrastructure tasks.
• Golden Solution Development: Create the initial infrastructure state and a 'golden solution' that passes automated end-to-end tests.
• Quality Benchmarking: Ensure tasks meet high-quality standards; poorly formatted tasks will be rejected.
• Response Evaluation: Select the correct response between two AI-generated answers for infrastructure-related questions.
• Prompt Writing: Draft simple prompts to serve as a foundation for AI models.

Requirements

• Seniority: Must be a Senior-level practitioner in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• IaC Platform Expertise: Professional experience with at least one of the following: AWS CDK, Terraform (HCL), or CloudFormation; familiarity with Pulumi, AzureRM, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is a plus.
• Programming Languages: Strong skills in at least one of the following for infrastructure scripting and testing: TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in written English, adhering to strict style guidelines.
