We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst in Life Sciences Advanced Therapy to lead the onboarding of new Advanced Therapy products and quality data into our enterprise CAR-T/Advanced Therapy Data Products platform. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison between viral vector manufacturing sites, process development teams, and data engineering groups. Your responsibilities will include analyzing source systems, defining data ingestion pipelines, harmonizing data models, and integrating operational and analytical data into downstream CAR-T/Advanced Therapy digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to understand the data architecture in MES, eLIMS, and ERP platforms.
- Conduct data profiling and validation using SQL or data exploration tools to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity across integrated data models.
- Map business source system data to target CDL schemas.
- Work with Data Product Managers and Architects to enhance existing CAR-T data products.
- Translate business objectives into actionable data and analytics user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze raw data to define KPI metrics and business rules for reporting and downstream analytics products.
- Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog for MES-to-CDL ingestion and data analytics product builds.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and QA teams throughout the sprint lifecycle to ensure clear requirements and validate deliverables.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define test scenarios, and obtain business sign-off for releases.
- Ensure data ingestion patterns comply with enterprise data governance, security, and quality standards.
- Create standard DOMDs, functional specifications, data dictionaries, process workflows, and user guides.
