In this role, you will be a key member of Nike's EMEA Learning & Development (L&D) team, dedicated to strengthening teammate and leadership capabilities throughout the enterprise. Reporting to the EMEA Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will collaborate closely with Global L&D, including Program Design, Facilitation, and Learning Operations, as well as EMEA HR, People Solutions, business leaders, Workday Learning partners, event planning teams, and external vendors. Together, you will ensure that learning solutions are strategically aligned, operationally ready, and delivered with excellence.

As a Senior Specialist, you will regularly partner with Global L&D colleagues, including Program Owners, Global Facilitation, Global Operations, and peers. You will lead the design, execution, and facilitation of enterprise learning programs that energize careers, enhance leadership capabilities, and amplify Nike's culture. We seek someone who excels in both strategy and delivery, who is comfortable managing complex programs end-to-end, and who can facilitate meaningful learning experiences with senior audiences.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, executive presence, and a learner-first mindset. You enjoy navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and building trusted partnerships across diverse geographies. You can read a room, create safe spaces for reflection, and adapt in real-time, all while ensuring operational precision behind the scenes. You apply adult learning principles, model inclusivity, and leverage data and insights to continuously enhance learning impact.
